Role Summary
The Relationship Manager will serve as a trusted partner to a set of
HNI/UHNI clients, guiding them through their wealth journeys with
well-researched, and personalized financial solutions. The role focuses on
building and managing relationships, understanding nuanced client needs,
and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire HNI/UHNI clients through personal networks, referrals, and
market outreach. Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted
financial partner.

Provide tailored solutions across Mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs by
understanding client goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.

Build customized portfolios and proactively rebalance them based on
client goals and market conditions.

Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver
high-quality investment insights and advisory solutions.

Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory
changes to provide informed advice.

Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory and
internal compliance guidelines.
Role Requirements:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate in Finance, commerce or related field.

8 - 12 years of experience in Private Wealth Management / Private
Banking / Investment Advisory.

Strong knowledge of capital markets, Mutual funds, PMS, insurance, and
other financial instruments.

Good client-facing, relationship building, and communication skills.
