Sales Manager - Loan Against Property
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) will play a vital role in
driving business growth by leveraging their extensive sales experience and DSA
sourcing connections. This position is pivotal in expanding our market
presence and achieving monthly business targets of 3 to 4 Crores.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly revenue
targets for LAP products.

Source and manage key Direct Sales Agent (DSA) relationships to enhance lead
generation and conversion.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business
opportunities within the self-employed segment.

Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are
knowledgeable about LAP products and effective selling techniques.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as
necessary to meet objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional
customer service throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance
customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Loan Against Property sector.

Proven track record of achieving monthly business targets in a financial
services environment.

Strong DSA sourcing connections and experience in handling self-employed LAP
cases.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze complex financial documents and effectively communicate

Experience working in an NBFC or similar financial institution is required.
