Role Summary:
The Relationship Manager will serve as a trusted partner to a set of HNI/UHNI clients, guiding them through their wealth journeys with well-researched, and personalized financial solutions. The role focuses on building and managing relationships, understanding nuanced client needs, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Acquire HNI/UHNI clients through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach. Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted financial partner.
· Provide tailored solutions across Mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs by understanding client goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
· Build customized portfolios and proactively rebalance them based on client goals and market conditions.
· Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high-quality investment insights and advisory solutions.
· Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
· Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
Role Requirements:
· Graduate/ Postgraduate in Finance, commerce or related field.
· 8 - 12 years of experience in Private Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory.
· Strong knowledge of capital markets, Mutual funds, PMS, insurance, and other financial instruments.
· Good client-facing, relationship building, and communication skills.
