Job Title: Branch Operations Manager – Secured Lending (Affordable Home Loans & Loan Against Property)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Job Summary

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations for Affordable Home Loans (AHL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role ensures efficient loan processing, operational compliance, customer service excellence, and coordination with sales, credit, legal, technical, and collections teams while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day branch operations for Affordable Home Loans and LAP products.
* Ensure timely and accurate loan file processing from login to disbursement.
* Verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Sales teams for smooth loan processing.
* Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and improve operational efficiency.
* Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Maintain branch records, loan documents, and audit-ready files.
* Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI, and company compliance requirements.
* Manage disbursement processes and post-disbursement documentation.
* Conduct regular operational reviews and prepare MIS reports.
* Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
* Train and guide branch operations staff on processes and compliance.
* Monitor vendor coordination, document storage, and operational controls.
* Work closely with branch leadership to achieve business and service objectives.
