Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our individual sales efforts in prime lap through DSA sourcing. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in lap sales, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets while contributing to our success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration in the prime lap sector.
• Identify and establish relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to enhance sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities, leading to informed decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, preparing regular reports for management to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in lap sales, specifically focusing on individual sales strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of DSA sourcing and management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
