Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our
individual sales efforts in prime lap through DSA sourcing. The ideal
candidate will have at least three years of experience in lap sales, with a
passion for driving growth and achieving targets while contributing to our
success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize
market penetration in the prime lap sector.

Identify and establish relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to
enhance sales opportunities.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor
activities, leading to informed decision-making.

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to enhance
performance and productivity.

Monitor sales metrics and performance, preparing regular reports for
management to inform strategic planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in lap sales, specifically focusing on
individual sales strategies.
