Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruiting process from
job requisitio

sourcing

offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive
candidate experience.

Specialized Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilize a mix of direct sourcing,
networking, referrals and consultants to identify and engage specialized
talent
in the secured business space

Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong, credible relationships with senior
business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand specific talent
needs, advise on market trends, and drive effective hiring decisions.

Team Management: Leading and managing a team of 3-4 recruiters, driving
hiring outcomes in the secured business space.

Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand within the
NBFC
marketplace

Data & Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g.,
time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for
improvement and optimize recruiting efficiency
