Role Summary

Gokaldas Images  is seeking an experienced General Manager – Accounts to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance. The role requires ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, robust internal controls, and support for factory and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and monthly/year-end closing.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and coordinate statutory/internal audits.
• Manage inventory accounting, including Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Goods, stock reconciliations, and inventory valuation.
• Support product costing, manufacturing cost analysis, and factory finance operations.
• Ensure accurate accounting of manufacturing overheads, production costs, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate export accounting, export documentation, and related financial compliance.
• Ensure compliance with SEZ/EOU regulations, where applicable.
• Strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Corporate Finance teams to support business operations.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables.
• Knowledge/Experience of Import Export Documentation would be a big advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com + CA Inter/CMA Inter is Mandatory
• 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in apparel, textile, garment manufacturing, or export-oriented organizations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in finalization of accounts, taxation, inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (WFX Cloud ERP system and STAGE ERP or similar) and advanced MS Excel.
