Job Description – Operations & Business Development Manager

Position Summary

This role combines operational leadership with business growth responsibilities. The candidate will oversee manpower deployment, project execution, client relationship management, and the commercial development of two specialized service divisions: Conveyor Maintenance and Rotating Equipment Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage long term contracts with QAFCO, QPMC, QE, and WOQOD.
• Lead project execution across conveyor and rotating equipment divisions.
• Plan and manage workforce (technicians, engineers, sales team).
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive business development and client relationship management.
• Lead bid preparation and tendering processes.
• Ensure project profitability and operational cost control.
• Implement reporting and ERP systems (preferably ERPNext).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, rotating equipment, and industrial maintenance.
• Proven leadership in project execution and business growth.
• ERP system experience preferred (ERPNext).
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary:	QAR 10,000 – QAR 12,000/month
