Job Description: Chief Emotional Architect

Role Summary
The Chief Emotional Architect will be responsible for end-to-end ownership
of the emotional operating system behind Digital Avatar — defining how
Digital Avatar forms relationships, builds trust, remembers meaning,
handles conflict, creates emotional safety, develops attachment, and
evolves over time.
This role requires a highly driven individual who can independently
translate deep human psychology into implementable product systems. The
incumbent will be expected to operate with complete ownership,
demonstrating accountability for outcomes without dependency on external
direction.
This may be the single most important differentiator in the company. The
role combines clinical depth in human behaviour with a builder's instinct
to convert psychological theory into product-grade systems that scale.

Candidate Profile
Experience
Strong preference for backgrounds in clinical psychology, behavioural
science, cognitive psychology, human-computer interaction, or relationship
science
Preferred: research publications, consumer technology experience, AI
product experience
Demonstrated ability to translate human science into product or system
design
Candidate must understand attachment theory, trust development, emotional
regulation, personality development, relationship dynamics, human
motivation, and conflict resolution
Education
Advanced degree (Masters / PhD preferred) in Psychology, Behavioural
Science, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related
