Channel & Stockist Management

Develop, monitor, and strengthen Stockist, dealer, distributor, and
retailer networks.

Appoint new channel partners to support market expansion.

Ensure effective engagement and performance management of Stockists and
dealers.

Drive business growth through channel incentive and promotional
programs.
Territory & Market Development

Manage the assigned territory and achieve customer-wise, dealer-wise,
and product-wise sales targets.

Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and
monitor competitor activities.

Drive market development initiatives across trade, retail, and project
segments.

Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies and market

Sales Promotion & Marketing Activities

Plan and execute promotional activities for architects, OEMs, Stockists,
and channel partners.

Organize product demonstrations, dealer meets, architect meets, and

Support brand-building initiatives and increase product visibility in

Facilitate territory-wise sales promotion activities to drive demand

Forecasting & Reporting

Prepare monthly sales forecasts based on project pipelines and market
opportunities.

Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and

Pricing & Commercial Management

Monitor pricing discipline and channel profitability within the
