Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, and contractors
• Drive project sales for Greenlam’s range of surface décor products
• Identify and secure new project opportunities in residential and commercial segments
• Leverage existing builder network to generate leads and expand business
• Conduct product presentations and meetings with key stakeholders
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
• Manage project pipeline and ensure timely closures
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
