About the Role
Greenlam Industries is looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive
Trade Sales
for its
Engineered Panel & Allied Products
business. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing
distributors, dealers, and secondary sales while expanding market reach and
strengthening channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through the existing dealer and distributor network.

Appoint new distributors and dealers to expand market coverage.

Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Monitor secondary sales and implement strategies to improve product
off-take.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers,
retailers, and channel partners.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and
generate demand.

Ensure product availability, stock planning, and inventory management
across the distribution network.

Execute promotional schemes, trade marketing initiatives, and product
launches.

Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer
preferences.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment
collections.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy
receivables.

Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and monthly business reviews.

Participate in dealer meets, exhibitions, and customer engagement
activities.
