Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the Ply Division.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Dealers
  • Distributors
  • Builders
  • Contractors
  • Architects
  • Interior Designers
• Generate new business opportunities through project specifications and trade channels.
• Visit project sites, architects, and interior designers to promote Greenlam plywood products.
• Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.
• Ensure product visibility, market penetration, and brand promotion.
• Coordinate with channel partners to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, daily visit reports, and monthly business updates.
• Follow up on quotations, order execution, collections, and after-sales support.
• Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to execute promotional activities.
