Channel Sales & Project Sales Manager - Laminates Division
Job Summary:
As a Channel Sales & Project Sales Manager for our Laminates Division, you
will drive sales strategies to enhance our market footprint within the plywood
and laminates industry. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining
relationships with channel partners and managing key projects, ensuring
exceptional product delivery and service excellence that shapes our brand's
success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to expand distribution
networks and increase market penetration for our laminates products.

Forge and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, architects,
contractors, and interior designers to drive project sales and revenue
growth.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential opportunities and
trends, advising stakeholders on innovations and product offerings.

Support channel partners with training, product information, and marketing
materials to maximize sales performance and product knowledge.

Manage the end-to-end sales process for projects, from initial inquiry
through to project completion, ensuring timelines and specifications are
met.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development,
and customer service to ensure cohesive product positioning and exceptional
customer experiences.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess
effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in channel sales and project sales, preferably in the
plywood and laminates industry or related sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
a master’s degree is a plus.

Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer
relationship management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to
effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for effective sales
