Job Purpose
The Project Sales professional will be responsible for generating business
through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers,
PMCs, and corporate clients. The role involves specification selling, project
tracking, relationship management, and achieving sales targets for Greenlam
laminate and surfacing products. Greenlam's portfolio includes laminates,
veneers, plywood, engineered wood flooring, doors, and other surfacing
solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Generate project sales from commercial, residential, hospitality,
healthcare, education, and retail projects.

Develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders,
Contractors, Developers, PMCs, and Corporate Clients.

Get Greenlam products specified in the upcoming projects.

Conduct product presentations, design discussions, and sample
demonstrations.

Track new construction and interior projects from planning to execution.

Coordinate with dealers and distributors for order execution.

Negotiate pricing and close project orders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.

Maintain CRM and prepare daily visit reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Participate in exhibitions, architect meets, and customer engagement
activities.
