Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate business through OEMs, project customers, architects, and channel partners.
  • Develop specifications and convert project opportunities into sales.
  • Identify and acquire new OEM accounts and key projects.
  • Achieve territory sales targets and business objectives.

Architect & Project Management

  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
  • Track project pipelines and ensure specification conversions.

Channel Management

  • Manage and expand stockist, dealer, and distributor networks.
  • Support channel partners in driving project and OEM business.
  • Monitor partner performance and market opportunities.

Territory & Market Development

  • Drive market penetration and business growth across assigned territory.
  • Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
  • Execute sales promotion and customer engagement initiatives.

Reporting & Commercials

  • Prepare sales forecasts and project pipeline reports.
  • Ensure pricing discipline, collections follow-up, and credit control.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
