Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with A & B Grade Architects, Interior Designers, PMC Consultants, and Design Firms .
- Generate product specifications for Greenlam Laminates in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and institutional projects.
- Drive project sales by converting specifications into business through dealers, distributors, and contractors.
- Conduct product presentations, technical sessions, and design workshops for architects and interior designers.
- Identify new project opportunities and ensure Greenlam products are specified at the design stage.
- Coordinate with channel partners and the internal sales team to ensure successful project execution.
- Regularly meet architects and consultants to build long-term business relationships.
- Monitor ongoing projects and track specification-to-order conversion.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, new projects, and industry trends.
