Project Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Sales Executive to generate business
through strategic partnerships with architects, builders, and interior
designers. In this individual contributor role, you will play a crucial part
in driving sales and fostering relationships that enhance our market presence
and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to engage architects, builders, and
interior designers, driving project-specific sales efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify
new business opportunities and nurture ongoing partnerships.

Conduct market research to understand trends and identify potential clients
within the architecture and construction sectors.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the value of
our products and services to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that
resonate with the targeted audience.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales through effective communication and
relationship-building skills.

Track sales performance metrics and report on sales forecasts, client
feedback, and market conditions to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a project or B2B sales
environment within the construction or design industry.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals, specifically with
architects and builders.
