Project Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Sales Executive to generate business through strategic partnerships with architects, builders, and interior designers. In this individual contributor role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and fostering relationships that enhance our market presence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to engage architects, builders, and interior designers, driving project-specific sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and nurture ongoing partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and identify potential clients within the architecture and construction sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the value of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with the targeted audience.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on sales forecasts, client feedback, and market conditions to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a project or B2B sales environment within the construction or design industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals, specifically with architects and builders.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
