HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative HR Manager whose primary duty in this role is
the facilitation of new hires for the company. This includes screening,
recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. You will also assist
with employee relations, performance management, and talent management,
representing both the employee and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from talent hunting to hiring,
including contacting references and performing background checks.

Develop strategic plans for future personnel hiring goals and procedures.

Organize and implement new employee orientation, onboarding, and training
programs.

Review and enhance procedures for employee safety, welfare, health, and
wellness.

Address questions and concerns from candidates and employees regarding
company policies.
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.

Process all paperwork and maintain accurate and organized documentation.

Plan and coordinate the workforce to optimize the utilization of employees'
talents.
- Resolve issues between management and employees effectively.
- Develop and implement appropriate organizational policies.

Coordinate and supervise the work of HR specialists and staff, providing
necessary feedback.
- Direct disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Conduct regular team building activities to enhance workplace cohesion.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related
field.

Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office
Suite, and database management.

Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, organization planning,
employee relations, and labor laws.

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and key performance
indicators.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a
fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building,
teamwork, and employee coaching.

Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a corporate
environment.

Knowledge of the local, state, and federal regulations regarding HR
practices.

Experience with developing training programs and team-building initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
