Job Summary:

As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. By leveraging your expertise in UiPath, VB.NET, and Python, you will develop and implement innovative automation solutions to streamline workflows across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RPA solutions utilizing UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and processes, improving overall business efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Implement and maintain RPA bots, ensuring optimal performance and reliability through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Utilize programming languages such as VB.NET and C# to enhance bot capabilities and integrate automation solutions with other systems.
• Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
• Document automation processes and provide training to staff on RPA best practices and tool usage.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in RPA and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath or similar automation tools.
