Project Lead - Electrical (Design Engineering)
Job Summary:
As a Project Lead in Electrical Design Engineering, you will spearhead
innovative electrical design projects, ensuring they align with the company's
strategic goals and industry standards. Your leadership will drive the
development of efficient electrical systems, enhancing operational performance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical design projects from conception to completion,
ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives,
and deliverables while maintaining clear communication throughout the
project lifecycle.

Conduct comprehensive analysis and simulations to develop robust electrical
systems, guaranteeing compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their
professional development and enhance team performance.

Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, design
drawings, and project reports, to ensure accuracy and quality.

Manage vendor and contractor relationships to facilitate project execution
and ensure the highest standards of quality are met.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s
degree is preferred.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical design engineering, with
proven leadership capabilities.

Strong knowledge of electrical system design principles, including power
distribution, control systems, and renewable energy technologies.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB,
ETAP) and simulation tools.

Excellent project management skills, including experience with project
planning tools and methodologies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on
collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
