Civil Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural frameworks using STAAD Pro, ensuring their integrity and safety in various industrial environments. This position plays a critical role in supporting EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Metal Mining, and Petrochemical sectors, contributing to our commitment to excellence and innovation in engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and model complex structures using STAAD Pro to meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct structural analyses and simulations to assess performance under various load and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural designs with mechanical, electrical, and civil components of projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of structural solutions.
• Review and approve work done by junior engineers and provide mentorship as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout all phases of engineering processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in structural design and analysis, specifically using STAAD Pro.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Metal Mining, and Petrochemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools beyond STAAD Pro is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
