Civil Structural Engineer
Job Summary:
The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing
structural frameworks using STAAD Pro, ensuring their integrity and safety in
various industrial environments. This position plays a critical role in
supporting EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Metal Mining, and Petrochemical
sectors, contributing to our commitment to excellence and innovation in
engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and model complex structures using STAAD Pro to meet project
specifications and industry standards.

Conduct structural analyses and simulations to assess performance under
various load and environmental conditions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural designs with
mechanical, electrical, and civil components of projects.

Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and documentation in
accordance with project requirements.

Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of
structural solutions.

Review and approve work done by junior engineers and provide mentorship as
needed.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout all phases
of engineering processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree
is a plus.

Proven experience in structural design and analysis, specifically using
STAAD Pro.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on EPC projects in the Oil &
Gas, Metal Mining, and Petrochemical industries.

Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards in structural engineering.

Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools beyond STAAD
Pro is desirable.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
collaborate in a team environment.
