Key Responsibilities

• Undertake structural analysis and design of water-retaining and infrastructure-related projects.
• Experience in water-retaining structures, treatment plants, pumping stations, or multidisciplinary infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Design reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structures including:
  • Water tanks
  • Reservoirs
  • Chambers
  • Pumping stations
  • Foundations
  • Slabs
  • Walls
  • Culverts
  • Retaining walls
• Perform structural calculations for:
  • Dead loads
  • Live loads
  • Hydrostatic loads
  • Soil pressure
  • Surcharge loads
  • Wind loads
  • Seismic loads
  • Uplift loads
  • Equipment loads
• Carry out foundation and earth-retaining structure design as applicable.
• Assess and verify:
  • Crack width control

• Develop:
  • Structural design criteria
  • Design calculations
  • Calculation packages
  • Reinforcement detailing
  • Technical specifications

• Prepare and review:

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including:
