Housing Finance Institution and ERGO International AG, the primary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Understanding Digital Partner’s Requirement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp digital partners’
needs and work on customer-centric API development.

Digital Partner Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process through seamless API integration.

Competitor Benchmarking:
Analyze customer journeys on competitive platforms and implement best
practices for enhanced user experience.

Process Documentation:
Prepare and share standard operating procedures (SOPs) with internal
teams for process alignment for the program.

Requirement Documentation:
Document partner requirements and create change requests (CRs) for
technical development for new product into existing systems.

UAT and Integration:
Push for system integration, launch User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and
ensure testing within the defined timelines (TAT).

Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal teams to align on project prerequisites and share
detailed insights into partners’ requirements. Provide end-to-end
support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth
business operations.

Process Management:
Identify, design, and implement necessary workflows and processes to
ensure smooth customer journey. Coordinate approvals with
underwriting, operations, and other internal stakeholders for product
launches.

Gap Analysis:
Address and resolve any escalations by partners in a timely manner.
Identify and address process gaps during product launch and ensure
timely resolution within TAT. Innovate and develop new processes and
systems aimed at automation and the digitization of business
operations.

Business Prioritization:
Maintain a balanced approach to prioritize business needs efficiently.

Reporting & MIS:
Generate reports and track business parameters to ensure performance
visibility.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate technical and
business landscapes while driving efficient integration processes and
customer-centric solutions.
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Graduate/Postgraduate, Engineer / MBA preferred. Understanding of Motor
& Health insurance product tech, preferred.
