Job Summary:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and training to enhance their performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing the SME business operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and strategic insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
