Job Opening: Mid-Level Network & Security Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Mid-Level Network & Security Manager who can lead critical initiatives across routing, switching, next-generation firewalls, voice solutions, and modern security frameworks like Zero Trust.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and securing enterprise-scale networks while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include:

· Routing & switching: Oversee design, configuration, and optimization of enterprise routing and switching platforms (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).

· Next-gen firewall management: Implement and manage advanced firewall solutions (Palo Alto, Fortinet) with IDS/IPS and VPN capabilities.

· Voice solutions: Secure and support VoIP, SIP trunking, and unified communication systems (Cisco UC, Avaya).

· Zero Trust proxy & private access: Deploy and manage Zero Trust architectures, including secure proxies and private access solutions(Zscaler).

· Web Application Firewall (WAF): Configure and monitor WAFs to protect applications against OWASP Top 10 threats.

· Incident response: Lead investigations, containment, and remediation of network security incidents.

· Team leadership: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with IT leadership.

What We’re Looking For

· 6–8 years of professional experience in network and security management.

· Strong expertise in routing, switching, next-gen firewalls, WAF, and voice technologies.

· Proven experience with Zero Trust architectures (proxy, private access).

· Solid understanding of security protocols (SSL/TLS, IPSec, RADIUS, TACACS+).

· Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk) and vulnerability management platforms.

· Preferred certifications: CCNP Security & firewall certification or equivalent.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale network security projects.

· Strong documentation and reporting skills.
