• SEBI Regulations related compliances
• Annual Report
• ESOP Allotment
• IRDAI Corporate Governance related compliance

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

• Qualified Company Secretary
• LLB preferred

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

• Over 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in equity/debt-listed company
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations including LODR and FEMA
• Effective written and communication skills
• Exposure to insurance sector will be an added advantage
