Key Roles & Responsibilities

Compilation/review the submission/responses to be prepared and put up
with the revenue authorities.

Proactive approach on query resolutions for internal and external
stakeholders.

Be in the know on real-time basis on the developments in tax laws for
timely update to the senior management of the impact or otherwise on
our Company and the Industry.

Maintain an ongoing conversation with our network of advisors and
peers to ensure timely and effective representation of the facts
before the state and central revenue authorities.

Appear before the revenue officials for assessments, audits,
investigations and resolution of tax matters before the Tax
authorities under advice of seniors and network of advisors.

Ensure tax compliances, including but not restricted to, critical
examinations of the current process and practices leading to
improvement in tax governance.

Tax function being a product of interpretation of tax laws and facts;
it is imperative that there is no lapse in documentation. The role
needs to ensure appropriate and timely documentation as required and
also be an active party in improvement of the same.
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills

5- 6+ years of experience in Direct, Indirect tax & Tax Compliances
- Good interpersonal and Excellent Communication Skills
- Above average knowledge in usage of digital aids
- Creative inclination for adaptive solutions

Passion for tax laws including but not restricted to GST and Income
Tax Acts
-
Should have the skill for being organized to ensure better time
management
