Senior Prime LAP Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Prime LAP Consultant with over 3 years of
experience in loan against property (LAP) to join our growing team. In this
role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our
portfolio, primarily working through direct sales agent (DSA) channels to
achieve monthly targets of 2-3 CR.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies to source and secure LAP deals
through DSA channels.

Engage and nurture relationships with DSA partners to maximize business
opportunities and cope with evolving market trends.

Analyze customer financials and provide expert recommendations tailored to
individual client needs.

Achieve and exceed monthly business targets by closing high-ticket LAP deals
ranging from 50 lakhs to 5 CR.

Prepare detailed financial presentations and proposals to facilitate client
decision-making.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential
areas for business development.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring a
smooth and positive experience for clients.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in prime loan against property (LAP) sales
or a related role.

Proven track record of achieving monthly business targets in the range of
2-3 CR.

Strong understanding of financial products, especially LAP, and eligibility
criteria.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation in a
fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Graduate degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
