Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST overlap (remaining hours as per project requirement)

Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG) Consultant with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support cloud automation, governance, and provisioning initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow CPG capabilities while integrating with public cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG) solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules to support cloud lifecycle management.
• Develop automated cloud provisioning workflows and governance policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP .
• Configure Service Catalog items, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration workflows.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations with third-party tools and cloud services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams to streamline provisioning processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud automation workflows.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG) .
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Cloud Management).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Knowledge of REST APIs, MID Server, and cloud automation.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and cloud governance principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow ITOM Implementation or Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation) is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
