Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales
team at Business Lap. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving
sales growth and developing strategic relationships with Direct Sales Agents
(DSAs), ensuring that our sales objectives are met efficiently and
effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to maximize sales
potential and ensure satisfaction.

Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management,
highlighting key insights and action plans.

Coordinate training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge
and sales techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

management.
