Supply Chain Manager - FMCG
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing the end-to-end
supply chain processes within our organization. With a focus on demand
planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination, you will ensure
that our products are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet customer
expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage demand planning processes to ensure accurate forecasting and
inventory levels, optimizing stock availability and reducing excess
inventory.

Oversee inventory management practices, including stock control, order
fulfillment, and warehouse operations to maintain the flow of goods.

Coordinate logistics operations, working closely with transport providers to
ensure timely and reliable delivery of products.

Utilize SAP and other ERP systems to track supply chain performance, report
on KPIs, and support decision-making processes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure service
levels are met and resolve any supply chain issues promptly.

Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements and implement strategies
to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives with sales, marketing, and
production teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in supply chain management within the FMCG sector.

Proven background in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics
coordination.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and other supply chain management software.

Excellent vendor management skills with a track record of maintaining strong
supplier relationships.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed
decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving
collaboration across departments.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma,
or similar frameworks.

Master's degree or additional supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS,
CSCP) preferred.

Demonstrated experience in project management within supply chain
initiatives.
