Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of experience in audit firms to join our financial team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring financial accuracy, enhancing compliance processes, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decisions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review detailed financial reports and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to provide expert guidance on financial matters and tax planning strategies.
• Implement and monitor compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting processes, providing insights to support organizational goals.
• Mentor junior staff within the audit team, providing guidance and support on best practices and professional development.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Chartered Accountant designation.
• 5-8 years of experience working in reputable audit firms.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international auditing or exposure to multinational clients.
• Advanced certifications such as CPA, CMA, or additional tax-related qualifications.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in auditing practices.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
