Frontline Hiring Field Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly energetic and execution-focused Frontline Hiring Field Recruiter to manage large-scale hiring for delivery and frontline workforce roles across leading consumer and logistics brands. This role impacts our ability to efficiently staff critical positions, ensuring we meet the dynamic needs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through diverse channels including job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks to build a strong pipeline for multiple hiring mandates.
• Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidates based on client requirements and schedule interviews to streamline the recruitment process.
• Ensure all required documentation is collected and verified before onboarding candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to maximize joining rates and minimize drop-offs.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads to meet daily and weekly hiring targets, ensuring timely closures while upholding quality standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS to reflect the current status of hiring processes.
• Provide daily hiring updates and progress reports while adhering to standard operating processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with a focus on bulk hiring and frontline roles.
• Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and volume hiring is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a high volume of candidates daily.
• Proficiency in basic Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining data and tracking progress.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the logistics or consumer industry is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and explore new sourcing strategies to enhance hiring efficiency.
