HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Recruiter with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Karnal. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent to our organization and will significantly contribute to shaping the workforce of our future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various positions.
• Conduct thorough screenings of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the selection process.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
• Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to source candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization's employer brand and attract talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage various recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
