Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.
• Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights on attrition, headcount, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Support manpower planning, annual budgeting, and HR cost forecasting.
• Drive employee engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance improvement, grievance handling, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR support.
• Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong experience in HR Analytics, Budgeting, Workforce Planning, and PMS .
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS; exposure to Power BI or similar analytics tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
