Technical Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager who excels in orchestrating the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation. This role is critical in driving product execution and delivering innovative solutions in the fintech space, particularly for B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and build the product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights that shape product direction.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering teams.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive product execution end-to-end.
• Identify new product opportunities and propose data-backed initiatives to enhance user experience.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and market changes.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in the fintech or B2B SaaS space.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Aha!, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing tasks and projects.
• Experience working with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly within fintech ecosystems or related industries.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques for product performance evaluation.
• Experience in user-centered design and usability testing.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
