Founding AI Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Founding AI Engineer at Hirebound, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven products and solutions from the ground up. Your expertise will directly influence the development of innovative technology that enhances the recruitment process and creates lasting value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate matching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis and model evaluation to continuously improve AI performance and accuracy.
• Develop a scalable AI infrastructure to support the deployment and maintenance of AI models.
• Advise on best practices for AI ethics and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team as we scale.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the recruitment sector or HR technology is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI applications.
