E-commerce Manager
Job Summary:
Join UATOYS, one of India's longest-running toy companies, as our first
dedicated E-commerce Manager. In this pivotal role, you will establish and
lead our digital function, shaping the future of our D2C store and marketplace
presence, while directly impacting our growth and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage
our Shopify store by overseeing catalogue management, inventory control,
pricing strategies, order flow, and ongoing conversion optimization.

Activate
and grow presence on marketplaces such as FirstCry, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and
others to maximize sales opportunities.

Oversee
performance marketing efforts by auditing paid campaigns, analyzing reports,
and providing structured feedback to align with business objectives.

Review
the creative output from external agencies to ensure quality and consistency
with brand standards.

Enhance
the post-purchase experience through CRM initiatives, including delivery
management, RTO reduction strategies, and customer feedback loops.

Generate
weekly and monthly analytical reports, presenting clear recommendations for
channel performance improvement.

Lead
the team-building process by recruiting interns as the e-commerce function
expands in coordination with the company.
Requirements:

3 to 5 years
of e-commerce experience focusing on D2C and marketplaces, preferably
involving B2B platforms.

Proficiency in Shopify
, including managing live stores, themes, apps, and order flows.

Fluency in navigating
marketplace seller portals daily for performance optimization.

Literacy in performance marketing
, with the ability to analyze Meta and Google reports effectively.

Experience managing
external agencies, particularly in design and advertising efforts.

Knowledge of CRM systems
and post-sales processes, including logistics and order return strategies.

Strong written communication
skills for creating briefs, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with
toys or kids' products industry.

Experience using
logistics platforms such as Shiprocket, Pickrr, or Shipway.

Keen understanding of
marketplace ad spending, particularly on FirstCry and Flipkart Ads.

Working knowledge of
email marketing tools like Klaviyo.

Understanding of
COD and NDR workflows to enhance customer experiences.
