. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Business Development Executive / Associate Account Executive
to join our founding sales team in Noida and help us drive growth by engaging
with accounting partners, mid-market firms, and BPOs across the Delhi NCR
region.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting:
Build, own, and execute an outbound prospecting pipeline, targeting
decision-makers at QBO agencies, accounting firms, and BPOs.

Deliver High-Impact Demos:
Master our API infrastructure and platform capabilities to run technical
product demonstrations that showcase how AIdaptIQ reduces manual data entry.

Navigate the Sales Cycle:
Manage prospects from cold outreach through technical scoping, trial runs,
and contract signing.

Collaborate on Product Evolution:
Serve as the voice of the customer by providing market feedback to our
engineering team to enhance API integrations and QBO syncing features.

Achieve Sales Targets:
Drive revenue by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas through
effective lead generation and closing techniques.

Maintain CRM Records:
Ensure accurate tracking of interactions and progress in our customer
relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements:

1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, particularly in selling SaaS
solutions, fintech tools, or accounting technology.

Experience selling products in relevant domains, with a preference for firms
like ClearTax, Razorpay, Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho.

Strong financial and process literacy, with a foundational understanding of
accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with
proficiency in crafting tailored outbound emails and conducting effective
video demos.

A self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable mindset, eager to learn about
scaling an early-stage SaaS company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with API sales or integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with document intelligence or generative AI technologies.

A track record of success in a startup environment or fast-paced sales
setting.

Certification or coursework in sales techniques, negotiation, or account
management.
