Job Summary
HJ Group is seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal
Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Owner. The role requires
managing the Owner's daily schedule, travel arrangements, personal
commitments, and administrative tasks while ensuring complete
confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Owner's daily calendar, appointments, and schedules.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including
flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries.

Handle personal and business correspondence on behalf of the Owner.

Organize meetings, appointments, social engagements, and family-related
commitments.

Maintain records of important documents, passports, visas, and
travel-related paperwork.

Coordinate with drivers, household staff, office staff, hotels, and
service providers as required.

Assist with shopping, reservations, event planning, and other personal
requirements.

Accompany the Owner on business trips when required.

Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by the Owner.

Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and
scheduling matters.
