Job Summary:

Join House Of Biryan, a fast-growing food brand dedicated to delivering one of the best biryani experiences! We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Executive to optimize our procurement, logistics, and inventory operations, playing a pivotal role in our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure advantageous agreements.
• Handle perishable inventory and conduct accurate demand forecasting to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all operational processes.
• Analyze food costs and prepare comprehensive reports utilizing MS Excel for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management systems and forecasting tools.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in supply chain scenarios.
