Role purpose
The Regional Relationship Customer Manager will be responsible for driving
home loan business growth in the Mumbai market through direct customer
acquisition, relationship management, partner engagement, and smooth
end-to-end loan conversion. The role requires strong local market
understanding, high field presence, and the ability to communicate confidently
in Marathi with customers, builders, connectors, and internal teams. Home

Key responsibilities
• Source home loan leads through connectors, builders,
referrals, local markets, and customer networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective
borrowers, existing customers, DSAs, builders, and ecosystem partners.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, property
discussions, and document collection support.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation
requirements, pricing, and repayment terms in Marathi, Hindi, and English as
needed.
• Support conversion from lead to sanction to
disbursement with strong ownership of turnaround time.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical,
and branch teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Track daily productivity, lead funnel movement, and
disbursement targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service,
compliance, and documentation quality.
• Support collections follow-up and customer engagement
where needed for portfolio health.
• Represent the company professionally in the local
market and help strengthen brand trust.
Required qualifications
• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or
finance-related qualification is preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in home loans, mortgage
sales, housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or field relationship roles.
• Strong Mumbai market knowledge and ability to work on
field in assigned geographies.
• Fluent spoken Marathi is mandatory; Hindi and English
should be comfortable for business use.
• Good understanding of home loan products, mortgage
documentation, and sales processes.
• Comfortable using CRM, mobile sales apps, and basic
productivity tools.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Relationship-building with customers from salaried
and self-employed segments.
• Ability to explain financial products in simple
language.
