hospitality, and industrial projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Specification Executive / Key Account
Manager to drive project sales by working closely with architects, builders,
developers, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and channel partners. The role
involves generating product specifications during the design stage,
identifying project opportunities, and ensuring successful conversion into
business.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior
Designers, Builders, Developers, PMCs, Contractors, and Consultants.

Promote and specify company products during the design and planning stages
of projects.

Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality,
healthcare, and institutional projects.

Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, demonstrations, and
CPD sessions.

Generate enquiries, track project pipelines, and convert opportunities
into business.

Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams for
seamless project execution.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the specification
network.
Desired Candidate Profile

4–8 years of experience in specification selling or project sales within
the building materials or architectural products industry.

Experience working with products such as Doors & Hardware,
UPVC/Aluminium Windows & Doors, Architectural Glass, Facades, ACP,
Laminates, Plywood, Roofing, Railings, Flooring, Modular Solutions, or
other construction materials.

Strong network among Architects, Interior Designers, Builders,
Contractors, Developers, and Consultants.

Good understanding of specification selling and project lifecycle
management.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Candidates from organizations such as Fenesta, CenturyPly, Greenlam, Merino,
Saint-Gobain, Schueco, Reynaers Aluminium, Dormakaba, Assa Abloy, Aludecor,
Virgo Group, Alstone, Alstrong, Viva Composite Panels, Jindal Aluminium,
Hindalco Building Systems, Prominence, Koemmerling, Encraft, Action TESA,
Promat, Godrej Interio (Doors), Shakti Hormann, and other leading building
material or architectural product companies will be preferred.
