equipment, fire-rated doors, hangar doors, high-speed doors, and customized
entrance solutions for industrial, commercial, logistics, infrastructure,
and institutional projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Specification professional who has worked
closely with Architects, Builders, PMCs, and Consultants in the building
materials industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship
management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to influence
product specifications in large construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Meet architects, consultants, builders, and PMCs to promote and specify
company products in upcoming projects.

Ensure product make and technical specifications are included in tender
documents and BOQs.

Identify new projects and business opportunities while strengthening
relationships with existing stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key architects,
consultants, project owners, and decision-makers.

Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and design
proposals.

Track projects from specification through order conversion.

Work closely with the regional sales team to maximize project conversion.

Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, products, and upcoming
projects.

Promote newly launched products and support business growth initiatives.

Maintain regular reports, weekly updates, and project follow-ups to ensure
effective pipeline management.
Desired Candidate Profile

4–8 years of experience in Specification Sales, Project Sales, or
Technical Sales.

Experience in working with Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMCs, and
Developers.

Exposure to BOQ preparation, technical specifications, tender
documentation, and project tracking.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Educational Qualification
-
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics)
OR
-
Graduate (Science/Commerce) with a Postgraduate qualification in Marketing
Management.
Additional Requirements
-
Stable employment history with at least
3–4 years in a single organization
is preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project visits.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
