Banking Officer (CASA)

Job Summary:

The Banking Officer (CASA) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Current Account and Savings Account portfolio. This position involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their banking needs, and providing tailored financial solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new CASA customers and increase existing account balances.
• Engage with clients to understand their banking needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of account openings and related services.
• Monitor account activity for compliance and ensure adherence to banking regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on CASA portfolio performance and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in sales or customer relationship roles.
• Strong understanding of CASA products and banking regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
• Demonstrated sales capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
