Relationship Manager - Affordable HL & LAP (DSA Sourcing)
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving business growth through
effective sourcing of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for affordable Home Loans
(HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This position plays a pivotal role in
building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring the
seamless execution of loan processes, and delivering exceptional customer
service to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for identifying and
onboarding qualified DSAs to enhance loan origination channels for HL and
LAP.

Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing DSAs and engage in
regular communication to promote product offerings and support sales
initiatives.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new
opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for DSAs to improve their
understanding of loan products, processes, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure
efficient processing of loan applications.

Track and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and insights to
senior management to inform decision-making.

Resolve any issues or concerns raised by DSAs or customers to maintain high
levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
