Credit Manager (Working Capital)
Job Summary:
The Credit Manager (Working Capital) is responsible for overseeing the
company’s credit policies and ensuring effective management of working
capital. This position plays a critical role in optimizing cash flow,
minimizing credit risk, and supporting the organization's financial health
through strategic credit management practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive credit policies and procedures to manage
credit risk effectively.

Analyze customer financial information, credit ratings, and payment history
to assess creditworthiness.

Monitor accounts receivable and work closely with sales teams to resolve
payment discrepancies.

Prepare and present regular reports on credit exposure and working capital
metrics to senior management.

Negotiate payment terms and conditions with clients to ensure timely
collections.

Conduct regular credit reviews and recommend credit limits for new and
existing customers.

Train and mentor junior staff in credit management practices and compliance
standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a
related field.

5+ years of experience in credit management or a related finance role.

Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk
assessment.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving
abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and
stakeholder engagement.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.

Professional certification such as Certified Credit Executive (CCE) or
