Trade Counsellor
Job Summary:
The Trade Counsellor plays a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's
international trade initiatives and relationships. This position focuses on
providing expert guidance to clients on trade regulations, market entry
strategies, and export/import processes, ultimately contributing to the growth
and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on international trade regulations, customs compliance, and
best practices for cross-border transactions.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for
export and import activities.

Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate stakeholders on trade policies
and market trends.

Collaborate with governmental and industry organizations to advocate for
favorable trade policies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients
to enhance trade collaboration.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on trade performance and
opportunities for senior management.

Monitor changes in trade legislation and assess their impact on clients and
the organization.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in trade consultancy, export/import operations, or a
relevant field.

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance
standards.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and
market trends.

negotiation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in International Business or a related field.

Mandarin, Spanish, or French.
