Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account
(SA) customers, driving business growth through relationship management
and cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CA/SA customers through field sales and referrals
- Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and market mapping
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers

- Ensure KYC and compliance as per bank guidelines
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years experience in sales (preferably banking/NBFC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
